General terms and conditions of the company RME

1. Conclusion of contract
With the registration on our website www.rme.schule the purchase contract between the buyer and RME conditions. After receipt of your written registration, you will immediately receive a registration confirmation. Any registration for training or further education RME is a legally binding contract with the participant or the sending agency.

2. Withdrawal/cancellation of the seminar

1. Withdrawal from training or further education must be in writing (e-mail).

2. If participation is canceled by the participant or his sending agency up to 4 days before the course, there are no cancellation costs. If cancellation is made within 4 days up to and including the day of the course, 100% of the course fees are due. The reason for non-participation is not relevant here.

3. If the participant fails to appear on the day of the course, 100% of the course fees are due. The reason for non-participation is not relevant here. If the course fee has not yet been paid, it will be invoiced.

4. A date change by the customer is considered a cancellation, as this affects the booked date. In the event of cancellation of the course RME there are no cancellation costs.

5. RME reserves the right to cancel seminars for reasons for which it is not responsible (e.g. not reaching the number of participants (10 participants) short-term absence of the lecturer). In the event of cancellation, an attempt will be made to rebook the client to another event date, provided the client agrees. Otherwise, any seminar fees already paid will be fully refunded. Further claims of the customer, in particular claims for damages of any kind, are excluded.

6. If a course is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, you have the option of attending the course at a later date.
